Delivery methods
The MUSEDEPROVENCE.COM website has chosen Colissimo as its primary delivery solution. Bulky and/or fragile products will be delivered by carrier.

Delivery of the package requires a signature. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in the Customer's mailbox, indicating the nearest post office where the package can be collected. The Customer then has 15 consecutive days to collect it. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the MUSEDEPROVENCE.COM website.
For deliveries to mainland France, the delivery charge is €5. For deliveries to Europe and overseas France, the delivery charge is €15. For international deliveries, the delivery charge is €20.
Delivery of bulky and/or fragile items
Bulky items will be delivered exclusively within Metropolitan France. Bulky and/or fragile items are delivered by a carrier. The carrier will deliver to the foot of the building, or if it is a house, to the threshold.
Customer Responsibility

Article 9 - Transfer of risks
