Returns and exchanges

Returning an item:
Not satisfied with the bag you ordered?
You can return it within 14 days of receipt.
The returned item must be unused: no perfume, stains, or washing.

Exchanging a Muse de Provence bag:
You can exchange a bag for another model within 14 days of the receipt date. Exceptionally, we can arrange a different exchange period, for example, for a birthday or Christmas gift. You can contact us by email using the contact form.

Next, you'll need to let us know which bag you'd like so we can reserve it for you. We'll wait until we receive your first order before shipping your new bag.
