Exchanging a Muse de Provence bag
It is possible to exchange a bag for another model within 14 days of receipt. Exceptionally, we can agree on other exchange periods, for example, for a birthday or Christmas gift. You can send us an email using the contact form.

Next, you will need to let us know which bag you have chosen so we can reserve it for you. We will wait for your first order before shipping the new bag you have chosen.
